Cocoa Beach Art Show
Thanksgiving weekend: November 24th, 25th & 26th
We are expecting up to 60,000 in attendance for this weekend event.

Friday 24th – FNPB! 6 pm – 11 pm  (Optional)
Saturday 25th – Art Show – 9 am – 5 pm, Music continues until 11 pm
Sunday 26th – Art Show Music 10 am – 5 pm

Space is limited and only 2 vendors per culinary style. (fish tacos, hamburgers, bbq, etc.)


Food Sales

Prepared foods only.  Prepackaged food products are not acceptable.

Beverage Sales

No alcoholic beverages without written authorization.

Fees for 2017

Food Vendor Registration is now Closed.  


  • $250.00 for each 10 x 10 space

Food Trucks/Mobile Concessionaires

  • $450.00 for each 10 x 20 space

No sales or service shall be made from the sides or rear of the allotted space or spaces.  Space accommodation for special equipment needs will be considered and reviewed on a one-by-one basis and may be subject to additional charges.


  • Food Vendor Application 
  • 50% participation fee due by 10/15/17
  • Balance due 11/15/17

All payments must be made, in full, by due dates or your application will be denied.

Hours of Operation

Friday 24th – 6 pm – 11 pm  (Optional)
Saturday 25th – 9 am – 11 pm
Sunday 26th – 10 am – 5 pm

  • Vendors are encouraged to be fully operational during the published operating hours.  Friday evening is optional, but could be very lucrative.
  • CBAS has a “soft” opening time because there are no gates.
  • Setup must be completed by Friday 11/24, 5 pm.
